Description: Family Support Services of North Florida’s Breakfast Learning Series will focus on the free health education and injury prevention services available in our community from The Player’s Center for Child Health. Guest speakers will discuss Injury Prevention Services and Asthma in Children.
Learn about ways to prevent childhood injuries, including safety at home, in cars and in sports. Find out about resources for asthma patients and their families and how to control asthma, including breaking the cycle of repeated asthma attacks.

Description: His Big House is a children's ministry where the hope of Christ is shared and the Gospel proclaimed to children K-18. The children are warmly greeted with a free breakfast, a Gospel presentation, games, activities, and sports, and split into small group settings by age to be mentored by adult volunteers. Description: Every year there is a convention for MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) International and every year we try our best to fundraise most of the cost so that any of our members can go without a financial burden. This year, we've decided to put on a MOPS Marketplace/vendor fair. It's on Saturday, June 22nd from 10am-4pm in the St. Marks Episcopal Commons Building 4129 Oxford Avenue. Admission is free. Most of our vendors are also local moms. So bring a friend and come out to shop |

Description: Family Support Services of North Florida will focus on two important legal issues. Attorneys with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid will discuss the legal implications of parenting children outside of marriage, and how a sealed or expunged criminal record can remove barriers to employment and housing. Learn about the rights of unwed parents, paternity in Florida, child support enforcement, and the Putative Father Registry. Find out about criminal record accessibility to the public, the effect of an arrest/conviction on employment and housing, employment discrimination based on a criminal record and how to get a record sealed or expunged.
